The complex is ground floor so kids can easily get to shuffle board/cornhole, the pool and the beach without having to have supervision. The sand and waters of the coast are kid friendly with no undertow and shallow enough to enjoy. This area of the beach often has has families with children.

There’s a sandwich shop and ice cream parlor within walking distance. There are bars, with and without entertainment. Attractions Within Walking Distance

The public beach is easily walkable and the Siesta Key Village is not that far past with plenty of shops and restaurants within it.
